5. Order Tracking

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@velara.uk
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on United Kingdom-specific regulations or carrier restrictions.
7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Velara is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@velara.uk with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
