Overview
At Velara, we want your jewellery to arrive as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the information about how and when we ship your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 6–12 business days to UK addresses. Please note that during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays) delivery may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery breakdown:
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping time: 6–12 business days
• Total estimated time: 7–14 business days from order date
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you are located outside the UK, please contact us at support@velara.uk before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel through the carrier's website.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Velara is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@velara.uk so we can investigate.
Customs & Import Duties
As we ship from abroad, your order may be subject to customs clearance. For UK customers, most jewellery shipments fall under the de minimis threshold and are not subject to import duty. However, in exceptional cases, import duties or taxes may be charged by UK customs — these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the relevant UK government guidelines if you are unsure.
